1. Company Information

Celebration Society is a luxury mobile event experience company specializing in mini pancake catering, luxury mocktail services, flower bar experiences, and event activations for private and corporate events.

2. Services

Services may include but are not limited to:
• Mini pancake catering
• Luxury mocktail experiences
• Flower bar activations
• Event styling add-ons
• Custom menus
• Private and corporate event experiences
• Dry-hire mobile bar services

All services are subject to availability, travel limitations, venue approval, and final contract confirmation.

3. Booking & Payments

Deposits
A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to secure all event dates. Dates are not reserved until payment is received and confirmed.

Final Payments
Remaining balances must be paid prior to the event date as outlined in the client agreement or invoice.

Accepted Payments
We accept approved electronic payment methods listed on our invoices or booking platform.

4. Cancellation Policy

Deposits/retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made within the timeframe outlined in the client contract may still be responsible for partial or full payment depending on preparation, staffing, inventory purchases, and scheduling commitments already made.

If Celebration Society must cancel due to emergency, safety concerns, severe weather, equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, clients may receive a rescheduled date or refund excluding approved custom purchases.

5. Event Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing a safe and accessible event space, adequate setup area, venue access during setup times, and any required venue permits unless otherwise agreed.

6. Setup & Service Window

Celebration Society requires a setup window prior to service start time. Most bookings begin at a two-hour minimum unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional time may be available for an added fee.

7. Travel Fees

Travel fees may apply depending on event location, distance, parking requirements, tolls, venue access restrictions, or extended transportation time.

8. Food & Beverage Disclaimer

Celebration Society follows applicable food safety procedures and health permit requirements. Clients are responsible for informing guests of allergies or dietary restrictions. Celebration Society cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

For dry-hire or client-supplied alcohol events, clients are responsible for complying with local alcohol laws and venue policies.

9. Photography & Marketing

Celebration Society may photograph or video portions of events for promotional, social media, website, or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, graphics, menus, website content, photos, and materials displayed on this website are the property of Celebration Society and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Celebration Society is not liable for venue interruptions, weather-related delays, power outages, third-party vendor issues, guest misconduct, injuries caused by unsafe venue conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

12. Website Use

Users agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, disrupt website functionality, misuse content, or submit false booking information.

13. Changes to Terms

Celebration Society reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
