Policies

Booking & Payment Policy

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
  • Bookings made within 7 days require full payment upfront.
  • No event date is secured without a deposit.

Service Time & Event Window

  • All packages include 2 hours of service.
  • Events are booked in 2-hour increments.
  • Additional time rates: Pancake Cart $175/hr • Ape Bar $200/hr • Full Package $275/hr • Flower Cart $75/hr.
  • Client must allow 1–2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown

Travel Fee

  • $150 travel fee applies to events 25+ miles from base location.
  • Additional fees may apply for extended distances or special venue access.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations 7+ days prior may reschedule once within 90 days.
  • Less than 7 days: no reschedule, deposit forfeited.
  • Same-day cancellations/no-shows forfeit full payment.

Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)

  • Client must provide adequate cover/shade.
  • Service interruptions due to weather are not the responsibility of Celebration Society.
  • Unsafe conditions may result in paused or stopped service without refund.

Setup Requirements

  • Flat, stable surface required.
  • Adequate space for Ape and carts.
  • Access to venue at agreed setup time.
  • Unsafe or improper setup may result in canceled service without refund.

Flower Cart Policy

  • Flowers based on seasonal availability and market pricing.
  • Specific blooms not guaranteed unless pre-approved.
  • Premium flowers may incur additional fees.
  • Unused flowers are npn-refundable.

Mocktail Bar Policy

  • Non-alcoholic beverages provided only.
  • Client-supplied alcohol is at client’s responsibility and liability

Guest Count & Overage

  • Final guest count due 7 days prior.
  • Additional guests charged accordingly.
  • Service based on confirmed guest count.

Damages & Liability

  • Client responsible for damages caused by guests.
  • Celebration Society not liable for injuries or third-party issues.

Right to Refuse Service

  • Service may be refused due to unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior.
  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Final Note

  • Policies ensure a seamless, professional, and elevated experience.
